Leelanau County is a place like no other. Once you cross that county line, the air smells cleaner, the sky seems a little bluer, and the overwhelming feeling of peace, nature, and adventure picks at your senses.

In 2020, Jeff DeNamur saw an opportunity to bring all of those elements together to help the community build the Up North life of their dreams. He decided to blend nature, architecture, and the feeling of home as he set out to build custom log homes in Leelanau. Working with American Log Homes, he purchased several prime pieces of Leelanau Real Estate and got to work.

Now, with a stunning yellow pine cabin in central Leelanau finished, he's setting his sights on building a bright and beautiful nature-centric future for the County.

Jeff also partnered with Leelanau Local Rachel Zemanek. Rachel grew up in Cedar, soaking up all there is to offer from one of the most family-oriented counties in the country. She now works with Five Star Real Estate Leaders as a Realtor and with East Bay Ambulance as a Paramedic.
