This one means a little more to me...

The seller of this home was my business partner when I first got into real estate 25 years ago. She was there at the very beginning, helping support me, encouraging me and playing an important role in growing the business and career I have today!

After she passed away, her children entrusted me with her home. We first worked together to make updates and prepare the property for the market, and then they trusted me again to represent the family through the sale. Being able to do that for them after everything their mom had done for me felt incredibly full circle.

And somehow, this transaction became even more special when my friend Kristin brought the buyer!! Working across the table with someone I know and respect made the process smooth, collaborative and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.

After all these years, real estate still has a way of reminding me that it has never just been about houses. It’s about the people, the relationships and the trust that sometimes carries from one generation to the next.
