The property contains four buildings, each with 8 units, for a total of 32 units. We are located at the corner of Spring Street and Lenox Place which is about 3 blocks east of historic downtown Cedarburg. All of our units feature 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Our units are average sized at about 800 SF. Each unit has four rooms: 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a good sized living room. First floor units have a back door that opens off the kitchen area. Second floor units have a nice small, shared balcony. All of our units are carpeted, and all units have a wall mounted air conditioner. Laundry machines are located in the basement as well as individual storage lockers for your moving boxes and other large items. All appliances are included in the unit and are included in the rent. We do not have washer/dryer hookups in the unit or dishwashers. Each unit comes with two off-street parking spaces in our building parking lot. We do not have garages. Our units are very affordable at only $895 per month, and please remember that heat and hot water are included in the rent. So, the landlord pays for water/sewer, gas heat, and trash removal. The tenant pays for electricity and, (if you choose) internet service. The minimum lease term is 12 months, and the lease is month-to-month after the first year. We do not accept leases shorter than 12 months. Security deposit is one month's rent. We do not allow pets of any type, and no more than 4 people may occupy a unit. We require that applicants have a good credit history, a good criminal background check, and a steady source of income to pay the rent. We mean this, and we will check it all out. We will do a thorough background check on all applicants. We find that most applicants appreciate this as they want to have good neighbors as well.
