After high school, Chris attended Penn Valley College and the University of Missouri KC in Kansas City, where he studied business marketing and advertising. and worked as a management consultant before becoming invoked in legislative affairs and ultimately building a five-store ski specialty retail chain in Washington D.C. and the surrounding areas. Upon returning to the Western Slope of Colorado, Chris obtained his real estate license in 2003. Throughout his 20+ year real estate career, he has specialized in commercial, farm and ranch, mountain recreational properties, and, of course, residential. He has a firm grasp of cattle and crop production, irrigation, and how it relates to the land. Additionally, his experience in commercial sales has given him an excellent understanding of commercial property values, investment potential, and various types of uses.
