Chris is a fifth-generation Colorado native. He grew up on the Western Slope, spending time in Delta and Montrose counties. Chris went to elementary school in Cedaredge and graduated from Montrose High School. Having spent much of his youth working on farms and ranches in the surrounding area, Chris has firsthand knowledge of agricultural properties a

After high school, Chris attended Penn Valley College and the University of Missouri KC in Kansas City, where he studied business marketing and advertising. and worked as a management consultant before becoming invoked in legislative affairs and ultimately building a five-store ski specialty retail chain in Washington D.C. and the surrounding areas. Upon returning to the Western Slope of Colorado, Chris obtained his real estate license in 2003. Throughout his 20+ year real estate career, he has specialized in commercial, farm and ranch, mountain recreational properties, and, of course, residential. He has a firm grasp of cattle and crop production, irrigation, and how it relates to the land. Additionally, his experience in commercial sales has given him an excellent understanding of commercial property values, investment potential, and various types of uses. Chris focuses on providing great service, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to buyers and sellers alike.

This is too cool! My niece took picture of our old family home on Red Mountain near the old Idarado Mine outside Ouray CO. where my dad and uncles worked in the 50's and 60's. It's amazing that it is still there! Our home was the one on the left with blue trim. Thank you Billie.
