Kirkwood Trails We are a 55 + community on the outskirts of Cedartown, GA. We have 52 units. Our little community is quiet and comfortable.

The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 am- 4pm.

Residents during these uncertain times and with many states on the stay at home orders here at Kirkwood Trail. We are so excited to inform you that you can now pay your rent online with your debit or credit card. Please call the office for more details. We are doing everything we can to keep our residents safe. We are making sure everything stays sanitized and safe! And hoping to get things back to normal soon.

Kirkwood Trail Apartments will be closed for Thanksgiving Wednesday, Thursday & Friday November 27,28, 29, 2019. We will reopen on Monday December 2 at 8 am. We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving.
