Thank you to everyone who came out, logged in, and participated in yesterday’s Greene & Clinton County Farmland Auction!

After a great afternoon of competitive bidding, all 288 acres sold for a total of $4,930,000 — an impressive $17,121 per acre!

This highly productive farm featured approximately 284 tillable acres offered in three tracts, with quality Southwest Ohio farmland and excellent accessibility near I-71 and SR 72.

We appreciate every bidder who participated, both in person and online, and especially thank our sellers for trusting SHERIDANS with the sale of this outstanding farm.
