🎃 What an incredible night for a great cause!

Bart & Nathan Sheridan were pleased to be part of Bell Creek Intermediate School's annual Great Pumpkin Auction, which raised a record-breaking $13,760 in support of A Special Wish Foundation of Southwest Ohio!

It's always special to see a community come together to make a difference, especially when it means helping make a child's wish come true!

A big thank you to the students, staff, families, and everyone who helped make this event such a success. We were honored to be a part of it!

👏 Congratulations, Bell Creek Intermediate!

🎶 When one of your best friends just happens to be one of bluegrass music’s most respected performers and broadcasters, and a banjo like this shows up at the auction house… you better believe he was beating down the door to play it!

Joe Mullins is not only a great friend of SHERIDANS and a familiar face around the local coffee shop—he’s an award-winning bluegrass musician, broadcaster, and one of the best banjo players around.

So when this Gibson Earl Scruggs Mastertone 5-string banjo, Serial No. 124, came through our doors, we knew exactly who needed to give it a test drive.

Turn up the volume and listen to Joe show off this beauty! 🎶

And yes—this very banjo will be selling in our October 14 auction, complete with its original case, paperwork, books, and accessories.

When was the last time you saw a $1,000 bill? 👀

This Series 1934A $1,000 Federal Reserve Note is a pretty incredible piece of U.S. currency history — from an era when moving large amounts of money sometimes meant literally moving the cash.

High-denomination notes like this have been out of circulation for decades, but they’re still legal tender today…and definitely a little more interesting than the bills in your wallet.

This one is coming up in our Fall Sportsman, Coin & Currency Auction along with a large selection of collectible coins, currency, silver & gold.
