The Market Report 📊 is in for the month of 🍀March. Active listings just took a downward turn and with the increase of sold listings, the inventory has been reduced to about two months' worth. New and pending sales are up 📈 but only at about half the rate of sold listings. Since there is still more demand than supply, it remains to be a seller's market. 🏡
As of today, mortgage interest rate for the 30-year fixed loan is 𝟔.𝟓𝟐%. Housing prices are still on a slight upward trend.
