In the early stages, weโll break down the home buying process to get a feel for what itโll look like! No two home buying experiences are the same, but itโs a good reference for what to expect.
Youโll receive my Home Buyer Guide along with other helpful resources. My Home Buyer Guide includes the entire process in detail, Lender recommendations, & additional information.
Once weโve talked about your home buying goals, move forward with a lender and get pre-approved, weโll get you set up on the MLS (multiple service listing) portal to view homes available in the area within your criteriaโฆ then itโs time to start seeing homes! The most fun!๐ค๐ค
Once we find a home you love, we write up an offer on it & once it gets accepted, weโre under contract!
Weโll go through the inspection process, appraisal, title work, etc. once all contingencies have been met and weโre clear to close, next stop is closing day !
Weโll do a final walkthrough and sign closing documents, then the home you love is officially yours! ๐๏ธ๐ก
