now is the time to buy a piece of land to have a get away cabin, or a place to hunt, or even raise some livestock. Foreign investors are coming in and buying up our country, making it more expensive for those of us who live here.

If you don’t buy now, don’t count on being able to afford to buy in the future.

Example: land in the “rural” parts of Celina is selling for over $65k per acre.

One hour away, to the East, it’s selling for $15-20k per acre.

1.5 hours East, it’s around $10-12k per acre.

It’s getting expensive, folks.

Buy now, or forever hold your peace. 😉
