2023 was quite the year. Professionally, our industry saw unprecedented challenges and personally, my family started on the fight of our lives β a cancer journey with my Dad. While there have been some hard days, we have been blessed to have lots of wins and are hopeful and prayerful for a healthier 2024. MD Anderson is a miraculous place that has completely reshaped how we look at care-giving and healing. Iβm beyond thankful for the prayers, well wishes and thoughtful notes from my clients and business partners. Truly, the best! We have a renewed sense of hope, gratitude and excitement for what 2024 holds.
Real estate market data is pointing to improved rates, loan programs and inventory. We are ready for it! Builders are gearing up for a busy year and are sweetening the deals by offering to pay closing costs and upgrade options. Preowned inventory is expected to rise by approximately 30% as more sellers begin to list after delaying over the past two years. Home buying in North Texas is continues to be fueled with near-record population gains and strong job growth. We look forward to helping our clients navigate this ever changing real estate market as we sharpen our tools and look for better ways to sell, buy and serve. We are here for you.
