¡Felicidades, Ani y Félix! 🤍🏡

Después de casi un año, hoy por fin tienen las llaves de su nuevo hogar.

Cuando nos conocimos el año pasado, todavía no era el momento de comprar. En lugar de apresurarnos, hicimos un plan y nos preparamos para que este año sí fuera el indicado.

Durante ese tiempo, Félix abrió su propia compañía de delivery y Ani recibió una mejor oportunidad de trabajo. Poco a poco, todo empezó a alinearse.

Nunca voy a olvidar los showings con Ani mientras Félix andaba trabajando en carretera. 😂 Yo iba con mi cinta métrica midiendo recámara tras recámara porque ella tenía clarísimo lo que buscaba y no pensábamos conformarnos hasta encontrar una casa que cumpliera con todo.

La primera casa que queríamos no la conseguimos. Pero seguimos buscando… y lo más bonito fue que la casa que hoy llaman hogar terminó teniendo exactamente el mismo plano. Ahí entendimos que simplemente no era aquella casa… era esta. 🤍

Además, logramos negociar para que únicamente tuvieran que llevar su down payment al cierre, cubriendo el resto de los gastos de cierre.

Gracias por confiar en mí durante todo este proceso. Gracias por dejarme acompañarlos en un momento tan importante para su familia. ¡Disfruten muchísimo su nuevo hogar! 🏡🤍
