Haven’t squatted heavy in a while but 175x4 moved today. 💪🏽
Missed the 5th rep on the first attempt, took a quick breather, got back under the bar and finished it. Depth isn’t quite where I want it yet but it’s getting there. Looking forward to dialing everything in and training for another powerlifting meet in about 5-6 months. 🤞🏽🏋🏽‍♀️

Today we celebrate my awesome daddy turning 90! ❤️

My dad came to the United States on a work visa with a dream of creating a better life for his family. Through hard work, determination and sacrifice, he made that dream a reality and eventually brought our family here for new opportunities and a brighter future. 🙏✨

He has lived through so much, overcome countless challenges and remained loving, kind and resilient through it all. His strength and dedication helped build the big Colombian family that I am so proud to be a part of today. 🇨🇴❤️

Watching generations of our family gather to celebrate him is a reminder of the incredible legacy he has created. We are beyond blessed to have him in our lives.
