It’s Closing Day! 🏡✨

Referrals are always special, and this one was no exception! When this Seller came to me through a past client, I knew we were about to embark on something great. From the very beginning, everything fell into place seamlessly.

After preparing and strategically listing his home in Highlands Ranch, the response was overwhelming! Within just three days, we received seven strong offers, proving once again how hot the market is for well-presented homes. The Seller was thrilled, and together, we carefully reviewed each offer to select the best one—ensuring not only a fantastic price but also smooth terms.

✨It’s story time:

In 2015 I came from Brazil when this beautiful family chose me to be their Aupair and take care of their two beautiful children.
I arrived in US with so many dreams but also so scary not knowing what that exchange would bring me. I could barely speak English but the Feltman Family gave me the benefit of the doubt when they agreed to have me in their home for over two years, and Thank God they did. They took care of me, they held my hand when I had my worst homesicks, they respected my culture and my background, and I did my best to do the same. It was a great experience! So great that years later they were part of a big milestone in my life, that was my wedding. And again, years later, I was able to be part of a big milestone in their life, that was selling the house they’ve lived in for 17 years! The same house that I lived in for over two years!!
They’re now ready to start a new chapter in another state. One more time we were there for each other and no matter where you guys go, I’ll forever have you in my heart with gratitude for everything that you’ve always done for me. Thank you for always trusting me.
It was a pleasure to be your Aupair, friend and Realtor. ♥️

Colorado 2nd to California in 100 most expensive counties.

Colorado rocket to the top of U.S. housing prices and it landed in second only to the Golden State in unaffordability.

The most recently updated map from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) shows that Buyers are paying 105.8% over the asking price.
Colorado has an even higher share of the nation’s 100 most expensive counties.

We expect higher price growth in Colorado than in the U.S in the next 12 months. Price expectations are also higher than a year ago.
