I love the location of these townhomes, right in the heart of Old Town Parker. It's so perfect for our buyer's. They can walk right out of the front door with their 3 dogs and walk them to the famous Poulette Bakeshop, to cafe's, amazing restaurants, pubs with indoor and outdoor live music. They are 7 minutes from where they board their horse. They right across from the Pace Center and next door to the library. I am so very excited for this beautiful couple. Talk about location, location, location. The listing agent and the Seller's were also great. The Seller's even brought them a gift card to the Bakery. Yes, these buyer's will have a little longer of a drive to work, but sometimes location and everyday living makes it worth it. Mark Sr and I took the puppy to the Farmers Market today and parked right across the street from here.

Sad, but it happens every once in awhile.
