interesting to see what we hold as our top 3 musts in a home.... especially amidst 2020
I think we've all learned what we like & dislike about our present living conditions. Take note if your going to list your home. Definitely a new build is a good option to avoid the competition, as long as you keep in mind added costs such as blinds, landscaping etc. A Realtor can help you through all of the challenges, remember the seller/builder covers that commission so don't go unrepresented. I have 20yrs construction experience as well so whether it be new or preexisting you'll reap the benefits both selling or purchasing.

In the coronavirus era, much has changed in the real estate market. These are the factors that matter most to today's buyers.

Just another reason why so many call Colorado their home.
Being from New York, everyone moves South due to the high taxes. Plus CO has weather you can actually enjoy being outside in too.
