Bridget Dougherty epitomizes hard work, integrity, and creative detail in every facet of the real estate transaction. She grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of historic Western Maryland, where she developed a strong sense of community, a love for mountain living, and a deep respect for Mother Nature. After graduating from Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications

and focus in Marketing, she moved to the home state of her paternal family; California. Bridget spent over 12 years working as a Sales Executive, where she honed her skills in negotiations, marketing, and most importantly, with people. In past careers, ranging from Wine Sales in Beverly Hills to Clinical Trial Logistics in San Francisco, Bridget cultivated a deep desire to help others by offering sound-minded expertise, foresight to proactively addressing business dealings, and her personal passion; community service. In fact, Bridget was the U.S. Charity Committee officer for a multi-national company, and organized events which raised money and awareness for a number of important charities. Bridget moved to Colorado in 2015 with her fiancé, a native of Colorado, with whom she shares her love for the state. She enjoys singing, meditation, seeking adventure outdoors, gardening and giving back to her community. Bridget’s goal in real estate is simple---CLIENT SATISFACTION---offering peace of mind to her clients in one of the most important transactions of their lives.

Denver-area prices for the resale of single-family detached homes rose 10.9 percent in the 12 months ending in September, more than twice the national gain, following year-over-year increases of 10.7 percent in August and 10.3 percent in July.

Metro Denver has scored the latest of a string of year-over-year home-resale prices gains over 10 percent, with prices again reaching a new all-time high, according to today's S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices Index report.
