I have arrived at a station now that has allowed me to move forward with this group and channels to grow my real estate portfolio in real time for all to see , duplicate and or become a part of.

I just came off 45 days of car (SUV BMW X3) camping. I loved and enjoyed the experiences, learned a lot about me and what is important.

I just got a great deal on housing, as a veteran in the SSVF Program that pays all my housing costs for 6-9 months. Yesterday I was able to purchase a 2018 Dodge ProMaster 2500 High roof Van.

Over the winter I will insulate, and build out the van so I plan to post all of the process and costs. My concept I have yet to see. I will tow a box trailer (size TBD) as my base camp. Trailer to have my e scooter garage in back, middle section full refrigerator, washer/dryer as well as pantry. The front of the trailer is to be a full kitchen.

The van will have a wet bathroom, cassette toilet, kitchenette ( two mini fridges one fridge other freezer) futon coach/bed, electric fireplace over driver side wheel well across from the futon, in the doorway cabinet with induction cooktop.
