Calling all Greenwood Plaza Residents!!!

Join us tomorrow morning (Friday, April 21st) from 8:30a-10a for Breakfast On The Go!

Start your Friday off right and drop by the leasing office on your way to work to grab a delicious breakfast burrito, while supplies last! The burritos are complimentary (maximum of 2 per resident) and there will be a vegetarian option available.

We can't wait to see you all there!

Everyone say "hi!" to Greenwood Plaza's very first Pet of the Month, Bradley!! Bradley is super friendly, loves back scratches and stopping by the leasing office on his walks to grab one of the free Milk Bones out of the jar.

Starting in March, Greenwood Plaza will choose one of our resident's furry friends as the pet of the month to win their very own BarkBox or basket of goodies! We know pets are an important part of our resident's lives and we can't wait to continue celebrating them with you.

It's almost "Howl-O-Ween"!!! This year, Greenwood Plaza is having a pet costume contest to celebrate the holiday of spooky season. Submit a photo of your furry friend in their Halloween costume to the leasing office by 6pm on Monday, October 31st! We have 3 "paw"-some prizes to give away!!! Winners will be decided from the following categories: funniest, best duo/group, & the most creative costume!! If you have any questions, please contact the leasing office. We can't WAIT to see what everyone comes up with!

It's that time of year again... IT'S MARCH MADNESS!!! And Greenwood Plaza is doing a Bracket Challenge to celebrate!! Teams will be selected by the NCAA on Sunday, March 12th and the First Four games will be played on March 14th and 15th.

Starting on Monday, March 13th, residents will be able to drop off their completed March Madness brackets to the leasing office. Brackets MUST be fully completed and will not be accepted past 6pm on Wednesday, March 15th. We will also print out blank copies of the bracket for residents to pick up in the office. ONLY ONE BRACKET SUBMISSION PER RESIDENT ALLOWED!!!

We can't wait to see you tonight at the New Year's Mixer from 6pm-7:30pm!

There will be a photo booth, a raffle for prizes, snacks, and drinks! There will be alcoholic beverages for adults, so if you would like to partake, please bring an ID with you.
We hope you will join us to celebrate the new year.

And who knows!? You might even win a week of free rent. 😉
