Esto fue lo que pasó en agosto en el área metropolitana de Denver:

📉 Las ventas bajaron casi un 19% comparado con julio
🏠 13,080 propiedades terminaron el mes disponibles
💰 Precio medio de venta: $594,495 prácticamente igual al año pasado
⏳ Las propiedades tardaron aproximadamente 27 días en venderse
🏘️ El inventario de condos y townhomes aumentó casi 10% comparado con el año pasado

¿Y qué significa esto para USTED?

Here’s what happened in August:

📉 Home sales dropped nearly 19% from July
🏠 13,080 homes were on the market
💰 Median price: $594,495, almost unchanged from last year
⏳ Homes took about 27 days to sell
🏘️ Condo & townhome inventory is up almost 10% from last year

So what does this mean for YOU?

🔑 BUYERS: Fewer sales and more time on the market can mean more room to negotiate on certain homes. You may be able to ask for price reductions, closing-cost assistance, repairs, or other concessions.

🏡 SELLERS: Homes are still selling, but pricing and presentation matter more. The right strategy from the beginning can make a big difference.
