A strong offer is more than just the price. 👀

Real estate contracts can run 20+ pages, and one missed deadline, blank section, or poorly written term can completely change how an offer is viewed.

It’s not being nosy. It’s normal buyer behavior. They’re trying to figure out how much storage they’ll actually have and whether their stuff will fit.
