Heads up in the hosing market. The new property disclosure regulation is already in effect this month. The next thing to be passed is THIS! While this article is for the state of MA, The bill for the same is on Hochul's desk waiting to be signed and it looks like she will be doing so. No more using "skip the inspection" as a contingency on your offer to be competitive. The bill would essentially remove the home inspection contingency as a bargaining chip. YOU KNOW WHO TO CALL!

The bill would also give buyers ten days from the time of an agreement to complete an inspection and five days to review the results. Sellers would face a $10,000 fine for failing to comply.
