My mindset in business often bleeds into my mindset towards fitness, even when it shouldn’t.
As a business owner, my instinct is to always push as hard as I can and grind as much as possible. But in fitness, pushing as hard as you can on every exercise all the time was not good for me in terms of recovery.
Prioritizing areas you want to grow while maintaining the other muscles is key to good muscle growth. Sometimes, pushing your limits everywhere isn’t always the best option.
