Perks Coffee Shop & Beer Garden in Harwich Port was absolutely packed… and now I know why. ☕️

Laura went with the Cinnamon Swirl, I got the Snickers Latte, and both were ridiculous. Sweet, smooth, and exactly the kind of coffee stop you want when you’re walking around Harwich Port on Cape Cod.

We got there at the perfect time too, because about two minutes later the line was literally out the door. That’s usually a pretty good sign.

Perks has been a Harwich Port staple since 2010, and it’s one of those places that just feels like summer on Cape Cod — coffee in the morning, beer garden later, and a local vibe you don’t get from a chain.

If you’re heading down Route 28, spending the day in Harwich Port, or just looking for a Cape Cod coffee shop worth stopping at, put Perks on the list.

And if you’re thinking about buying or selling on Cape Cod, you already know who to call.
