🥳 BIG CONGRATULATIONS to my newest First-Time Homeowners!

There is nothing quite like the feeling of handing over the keys to a first home.🔑This journey started at the end of March when I first met my clients. From day one, they gave me their full trust with the process.

We started by touring homes and talking strategy. I always tell my clients that education is the first step—specifically getting that pre-approval ready! They listened, took action immediately after our first tour, and we were off to the races. 🏃💨

It wasn’t always easy—at one point, they thought they might have to sign another year-long lease. I encouraged them to give it just two more weeks of searching... and I’m so glad they did! We found "the one" in Kettering, got our offer accepted, and today, we celebrated a beautiful closing. 🥂

There is no feeling in the world that compares to seeing the faces of a young family when they realize: "This is OURS." 🔑✨

We’ve been on cloud nine since our final walkthrough yesterday, and officially handing over the keys today was the best part of my week! Watching this sweet couple step into their very first home with their little one is a reward that money just can’t buy. (I’m honestly going to miss seeing that little face at our appointments! 🥹)
