SEASONAL HELP WANTED
We are currently looking for a handyman/carpenter/laborer for repairs on rental properties and fixing up houses during the summer & fall months.
The qualified candidates should have basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge. This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation. Handyman skills and qualifications include:
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
• Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
• Strong communication skills with property management and tenants
• Self-starter with good time management skills
