Rainy Days are GOOD for House Hunting...

Looks like Saturday is another all-day rain day here in Dayton. But if you're shopping for a home, here's a few reasons why you should grab your umbrella and stay on the hunt!

1. It's your chance to get in front of many competing buyers who will opt to stay out of the rain.
2. You can more clearly see how homes weather the rain and if there are any water intrusion issues, leaks, and drainage problems.
3. The Seller might stay home on rainy days, giving you a chance to meet them, possibly build a rapport, show your interest, ask questions, etc. If there's a multiple offer situation, the Seller will likely remember you in a positive light.
