I have lived in Dayton for over 42 years and am a Sinclair and University of Dayton Alumni. Before I transitioned into my real estate career I worked as an Intervention Specialist and am a founding board member of Teams Reaching for Excellence in Autism Treatment (TREAT). 🏡 After more than a year of house hunting, my buyer is finally HOME!

He had a very specific vision of what he wanted, and looked at plenty of homes that were close but not quite right. Instead of rushing into something, he stayed patient and trusted the process.

Then the perfect one came along. A beautifully maintained home that had been cared for with so much pride and attention over the years. The moment we saw it, we knew this was the one.
