A throwback to one of the most powerful stories I’ve shared on American Dream TV.

I'd change my weekend plans for this.

There's a WWII ship docked in Hendersonville right now that stormed the beaches of Normandy — the LST 325, the last one of its kind still operational anywhere in the world. You can walk the deck. You can stand where young men stood eighty years ago, headed somewhere they weren't sure they'd come back from.

It's here through Sunday, September 29 — Sanders Ferry Park, 9 AM–5 PM. Then it's gone.

There are stories that stay with you long after you hear them... and this is one of them. ❤️

A 15-month-old little boy was trapped in a house fire and suffered burns over 85% of his body. On the way to the hospital, he died twice. Doctors didn't think he would survive.

But one young nurse refused to give up on him.

She was there every morning... every evening... every night. She looked into his eyes and told him, "You're going to survive."

And he did.

Nearly 60 years later, that little boy is now a husband, a father of two, a school administrator, and a coach. He says that nurse wasn't just part of his care...

She was his guardian angel.

What touched my heart even more? She believed in him so much that she named her own son after him. And he has spent his entire life giving her credit for never giving up when everyone else thought there was no hope.

It reminded me that we never really know the impact one act of kindness, one encouraging word, or one person who simply refuses to walk away can have on someone else's life.

Sometimes the greatest miracles aren't loud. They're found in showing up... again and again... when someone needs you most.

❤️ We need more people like Wynola in this world.

A house is far more than a pretty face. 🏡

That’s Mario you see in the kitchen—he was my favorite home inspector. While buyers are admiring the finishes, a good inspector is looking at the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and all the things that could turn that beautiful house into a money pit.

Never skip the inspection. Pretty is wonderful—but what’s behind the walls matters even more.
