Prior to joining Rand Commercial Services as an Associate Broker, I operated my own real estate brokerage firm in the area. I also have more than two decades of project supervisory and management experience in all phases of commercial and residential project development, so I literally know the business from the ground up. In during my tenure I have cultivated a keen understanding of everything from in site and facility development, construction scheduling and budgeting, and overseeing subcontractors to developing/implementing regional acquisitions, build-outs and renovation programs for developers. My acute strategic mind coupled with outstanding analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills make me an extremely valuable advisor for commercial clients seeking optimal value and results. I received my NYS real estate license in 1987 and my broker’s license in 2002. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Connecticut State University. I'm an active member of the New York State Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service, Pattern for progress Fellow,, Orange County Partnership and Orange County Chamber of Commerce. I have lived in Orange County since 1965. Currently residing in Goshen, New York, I'm married with five grown children and grandfather of 10 grandchildren. Specialties: Managed due diligence requirements and land-use approvals in the NY’s Mid-Hudson Valley for developer and builder clients. I have also coordinated and monitored the processing of federal, state, and local regulatory land-use approvals required by buyers that might be necessary prior to closing.
