Great night at The Greatest Setting in College Football! 🏈💜💛

I took Jackson and Isaiah to Husky Stadium with my dad to watch the Dawgs take on Eastern Washington. We had AMAZING seats right behind the Husky bench, and the Huskies absolutely dominated!

The boys were decked out in purple and gold, we got to experience the game about as close to the action as you can get, and there really is nothing like a Saturday at Husky Stadium.

Best part, though, was getting to experience it with three generations together — my dad, my boys and me. Those are the nights and memories that I know I’ll appreciate more and more as the years go by.

Great football. Great seats. Great memories at The Greatest Setting in College Football.

A few weeks ago Jackson got to play in the Top Tier All-State Tournament with a couple of his buddies, Jackson Browning and Tate Curtright. ⚾️

It’s crazy to me that he’s already 11. Feels like just last year we were watching him play coach pitch, and now he’s playing up a year in travel ball and competing with some really good players.

I’ve been really impressed with how dedicated he is to getting better, especially the work he does completely on his own. He’s always out in the backyard taking cuts off the tee into the net, asking to play catch, or trying to get someone to play wiffle ball with him. Nobody is making him do it. He just loves baseball and wants to get better.

And at the All-State tournament, all those swings paid off with a pretty cool milestone…

💣 FIRST HOME RUN! 💣

So much fun getting to watch him hit his first bomb! The smile on his face after he crossed home plate stuck around for hours. 😂 Hopefully there are plenty more to come, but you only get one first one.

And of course we had to take the home run ball over to Willie’s Sport Shop so he could get a picture with it in front of The Great Bambino! ⚾️
