August was a great month for homeownership!
I had the opportunity to help veterans, first-time homebuyers, repeat clients, and referrals from past clients and partners. Some were purchasing a new home, others were refinancing—and the homes stretched from Phoenix, Oregon all the way to Sumner, Washington.
Every loan and every situation was a little different, but one thing was the same: I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity and for the trust people continue to place in me as their mortgage resource.
Buying a home or refinancing is a big decision, and I never take it lightly when someone chooses me to help them through it.
