We are accepting applications on 1 & 2 bedroom units at this time.
RENT IS BASED ON INCOME at Maplewood Estates.
We are running a SECURITY DEPOSIT special right now and that will be $300 for a one-bedroom unit OR $350 for a two-bedroom unit.
We pay for trash and water, so all you have to pay is Ameren electric.
Sorry, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, but service animals are welcome with proper documentation and paperwork.
