JOB OVERVIEW
Family owned construction company is looking for the right candidate to manage 55 rental properties, 1 Condominium Association, and 1 Home Owner’s Association from their office in Centre Hall. All of the rental properties are in State College and Boalsburg and Bellefonte.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Record rent payments and make bank deposits
• Prioritize and assign maintenance requests to vendors
• Advertise and show available properties to prospective tenants
• Perform criminal background and credit report screening for applicants
• Accounts payable for all properties
• Open and sort mail for rental properties and construction company
• Prepare budgets and run monthly budget performance reports
• Diplomatically resolve tenant issues.
• Send request for price quotes for snow removal and lawn care
• Inspect properties at move-out and semi-annual inspections
• Filing
• Reconcile checking accounts
• Light cleaning duties in our small home office

Qualifications
• Rental property experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter and figure out programs/issues with little direction
• Experience with Appfolio property management software and Quickbooks preferred but not required
• Basic customer service skills
• Navigate company phone lines
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc..
