Residential Maintenance Worker
Job Summary:
This position is for an experienced residential maintenance worker who can perform various aspects of house maintenance, repairs and cleaning. Must be a self-starter and willing to work alone.
Position Responsibilities:
• General house repairs
• Minor drywall patching
• Minor trim and door repairs
• Ability to install vinyl flooring materials a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of electric and ability to replace outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and ability to repair faucet leaks, sink and bathtub drain leaks
• Interior and exterior painting
• Cleaning
Candidate Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking
• Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment
• Must be comfortable working on ladders
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to take a drug test and background check
Hours – 8 – 4:30 Monday through Friday
