In the past 26 years, have been an investor who improved single family homes and apartment buildings. This experience gave me the opportunity to learn about construction, and remodeling. During this time, I fell in love with remodeling homes! For me it is not a business, but a hobby. I do the overall design, color coordination, material selection, and coordination with various trades professionals. Over the years, I have surrounded himself with a seasoned team of architects, engineers, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, contractors, handymen, plumbers, electricians, painters, photographers, staging companies, and mortgage brokers to support my work. This support team can be called upon to assist with remodeling your next home, or investment property. I go beyond the norm to service the needs of my clients. For example, just this year, I was able to find a lender who approved a loan for two clients who were otherwise unable to get financing to purchase a new home.
