Some people come into our lives for a season, and some leave a mark that lasts forever. Carol Rayburn was an exceptional kind of person, and an even more incredible Real Estate Broker, one who did more than just offer guidance— A boss, a mentor, a guide, she wore many hats and helped many of us see a future we could not yet see for ourselves. Thank you for the lessons and your leadership!
Your guidance shaped not only the way I approached my work, but also the person I became along the way. You taught me that true leadership is not simply about what we accomplish, but about how we inspire, encourage, and make a difference in the lives of others.
I will forever be grateful for the patience you showed me, the wisdom you shared, and the confidence you placed in me. So much of what I carry forward today is because you took the time to teach, challenge, and believe in me.
Losing you is difficult because your impact was so much greater than a job or a title. You left a lasting mark on Century 21 Astro and everyone fortunate enough to know you, and I feel blessed to have been one of them. Your voice may be quiet now, but your lessons, your influence, and your memory will stay with me always.
