A HUGE Congratulations to my Sellers on this milestone 🤩. This was a whirlwind for sure. In 7 short days we went Under Contract on both their first home and their dream home. Navigating this was a bit tricky because we found the dream home first but had to still sell their first home. With our strategy in place, we were able to get their home listed within 4 days and Under Contract in ONE DAY at more than $25,000 over list price!! 🤪

But I must admit the true blessing was getting to know this family through the process. One simple phone call brought us together and I feel so lucky to know them. Watching their excitement was so contagious and I can not put into words how grateful I feel that they trusted me through this process.
