Please join us in welcoming Matt Hayes to our team! Matt has been training alongside our owner, Josh, since August 2025, learning the ins and outs of thorough, professional home inspections. While he’s officially new to our team, Matt is fully trained and ready to provide the same high-quality service you’ve come to expect.

Matt is an Ohio-Licensed Professional Home Inspector (InterNACHI certified) and licensed radon tester with a strong background in fire service. As a career firefighter/medic and fire inspector, he brings a sharp eye for safety, structure and potential hazards- skills that translate directly into thorough, detail-focused home inspections.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys fishing & woodworking, giving him a hands-on appreciation for how homes are built and the details that matter. He’s known for being meticulous, honest and easy to talk to, helping clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the inspection process.
Matt is based in the Medina area and is a devoted husband to his wife, Erin, and a proud dad of two boys.
