Sold!!! 🎉🏡

Congratulations to my buyer clients on the purchase of your new home in Shippensburg!

These buyers were relocating from Ohio to Pennsylvania for work and they had a very tight deadline to be moved in order to start their new job on time.

We connected on the phone back in February and together we put a plan in place to find a home as quickly as possible. I got them connected with a trusted lender, and then we began the process of touring homes.

Within a few weeks, they found a house that was a great fit for their growing family.

There were a few hurdles to overcome since they were trying to buy and sell their home in Ohio at the same time… but thanks to a great team, we got everything finalized and approved just in time for closing! 🙌🏼

60 acres of farmland in Amberson, PA are officially SOLD! 🥳

This property has been in the seller’s family for decades, and it meant a lot to them to find a buyer who would truly appreciate the land and continue farming it for years to come. I’m grateful that we found the right buyer who shared that same vision.
