Open house preparation.
As a Realtor that hosts open houses on a regular basis of course I have signs. Many times these open houses are on Saturday or Sunday 10-12 or 1-3, but then every now and again outside the box hours are needed. What do you do to change the times on the signs????
This time I tried rubbing alcohol.

I have used duct tape before as well.

My next idea is to paint them with chalk board paint.

It may only be hump day, but we are all looking forward to some warmer days this weekend. Come out and join me at 2355 Majestic Ct for an open house 10am -12 noon.
