🔑✨ Mid-Year Review ✨🔑

Although we’re already over halfway through the year, I wanted to take a moment to share a recap of my real estate journey so far in 2026.

I am truly grateful for every single person who has trusted me to be part of such a big milestone in their lives. Whether buying, selling, investing, or simply asking for advice, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.

Growing my real estate business has not been easy. I started this career when my children were just 5, 3, and a newborn. There were definitely challenges, but becoming a mom at just 18 years old also made building a business a little different for me. I poured everything I had into raising my girls, and because of that, I didn’t have the large sphere of influence that so many people talk about when starting in real estate. People may have known of me, and I knew of them, but I truly had to build my business from the ground up.

Year after year, I’ve continued to grow, learn, and meet so many incredible people. Real estate has given me a purpose outside of motherhood while still allowing me to serve others, and it has become something I genuinely love doing every day.

To everyone who shares my name, comes to my community events, likes and shares my posts, watches my videos, enters my giveaways, refers friends and family, or chooses me as your Realtor—thank you. Every bit of support, no matter how big or small, has played a role in helping my business grow. It truly means more than you’ll ever know.

As this year continues, I pray that I’ll have the opportunity to help even more families achieve their real estate goals and reach the goals I’ve set for myself. I’m excited to see what the rest of 2026 holds and to continue serving this amazing community for many years to come.

Thank you to my family, who step in to help with my girls so I can chase this dream, and thank you to each and every one of you for believing in me and supporting my business. ✨🔑 Happy Closing Day! 🔑✨

Today’s the day! Congratulations to Jason & Katie on the successful sale of their beautiful home and the start of an exciting new chapter in North Carolina! ❤️

Katie first reached out to me at the end of May about selling their home. From there, things moved quickly!

🏡 June 3 – Listing appointment
📸 June 6 – Professional photos
🎥 June 11 – Listing video went live
🚪 June 13 – Officially active and hosted an open house

The response was incredible! We welcomed 11 different groups through the open house, had additional private showings, and received an at-asking-price offer very quickly.

While the offer had no inspections, it did have a home sale contingency. Those can definitely be nerve-racking, but we negotiated terms that protected my sellers, kept a short timeline in place, and allowed us to continue marketing the property and accept backup offers. Within just two weeks, the buyers had their own home under contract, this home appraised at value with no repairs required and today we officially closed!

One thing I always tell my sellers is that getting your home sold takes so much more than simply putting it on the MLS. Marketing matters.

For this one listing alone:
✨ Over 47,000 Facebook views
✨ Over 9,000 TikTok views
✨ Over 8,000 views on Homes .com
✨ Over 39,000 views on Instagram
✨ Plus YouTube marketing, other real estate websites, print marketing, and more.

That said, none of this would have been as successful without amazing sellers. Jason & Katie kept their home beautifully show-ready, were flexible with showings, trusted the marketing process, and worked with me every step of the way. Sellers play a huge role in a successful sale. Unrealistic pricing, limiting showings, or not preparing the home can make a huge difference in the outcome.

Although this is the first closing I’ve ever missed in person, I’m incredibly thankful everything worked out so smoothly and that I have trusted agents in my office who are always willing to lend a helping hand. A huge thank you to Ray for covering today’s closing while I’m away!
