My Annual Pizza Pick-Up Night was a great one! Pizzas everywhere! 🤩 I could not do it without Pat & Carla's III!! A lot of folks don’t realize it but they deliver fresh baked pizza to us every half hour so that everyone’s pizza is hot and delicious all night long! That’s true customer service! 😍 Have to give my co-sponsor a big thank you as well! Direct Mortgage Loans is always there when I’m ready to spoil my real estate family! 🤗 Whew! What a night! It’s been a week full of closings, and last but certainly not least is this little cutie in Fayetteville! 🏡❤️

This was my sellers’ very first house, and now they’re moving on to bigger and better things. But the best part? A new set of first-time home buyers gets to call it HOME! 🤗

Such a bittersweet day to say goodbye to Field View… one of my all time favorites! I LOVED this house and I can only imagine how hard it was for my sellers to leave it. Although they are moving to their forever home and amazing property, there’s something about the home that holds all of your fondest memories ❤️

My Tuesday thoughts…

I’ll be the one to say it I guess… cameras INSIDE the house instantly kills the vibe & makes for a very uncomfortable showing experience for buyers.

I see an instant change in buyers’ demeanor when they notice them. They become more guarded. They talk less. They don’t feel like they can relax, take their time, openly discuss what they like or don’t like, and most importantly, envision themselves living there.

I completely understand wanting to keep an eye on your home. But remember, during a showing, we want buyers to feel comfortable enough to picture it becoming THEIR home. Sometimes the smallest details can completely change the showing experience. It’s all about the vibe! 🏡
