We're excited to get to know you and collaborate on making our downtown even stronger.

Big news for downtown Chambersburg!

We are thrilled to introduce our new Executive Director, Angie Allaire, who joined the DCI team on March 2.

Angie is a Waynesboro resident and a small business owner with her husband Tim Young, right here in Franklin County. She comes to us with an incredible background, from transforming lives in the mental health sector to leading global corporate teams where she increased employee engagement by 83 percent within six months.

In Angie's own words: "I love communities that are rich in history, especially those where there is genuine collaboration between business owners and community members. I’m so honored to step into this role and serve our community."

She believes in our "neighborhood" spirit, the idea that we are all responsible for one another and the place we call home. When she is not at the office, you will likely find her hiking, paddleboarding, or catching live music. She’ll also be heading to the shelter soon to add a new dog to her family!
Angie can’t wait to get to know the neighbors who make Chambersburg home. She is ready to listen, learn, and lead. Let’s give her a big Chambersburg welcome!

🎉Congratulations to the FTC Team 18035 - Reconnecting for proceeding to States! 🎉

They finally did it! Saturday's Qualifier was our first ever EVENT WIN!

In qualification rounds, the team finished 2nd and battled their way through the playoffs with their 2nd Alliance partners to the the top spot. So very proud of the accomplishments of these young men and women throughout this season. Onward to STATES!
