I have to share this because my heart is so full! ❤️🏡

The second I saw this house pop up as a Coming Soon on a fellow Realtor's page, I had this feeling… This is my buyer's house.
I didn't waste a second. I reached out, got the showing scheduled, and the morning of the showing I showed up with the offer already printed because I just had a feeling. Sometimes you just know.

We walked through the house, and before we even left, we were standing there writing and signing the offer. We submitted a strong offer as quickly as we could… then found out we were up against three other offers.

Waiting to hear was nerve-racking.

Then last night my phone rang…

"Congratulations! They accepted your offer!"

I don't even know if I can put into words how excited I was. Calling my buyer to tell her she got the house was one of those moments I'll never forget. Hearing the excitement in her voice made everything worth it.

She had been getting discouraged since moving here and was starting to wonder if she was ever going to find the right home. But I kept telling her, "Your house is out there—we just have to find it."
And we did. ❤️

This is why I love what I do. It's never just about buying a house. It's about helping someone find a place to call home and getting to be part of such an important chapter in their life.

Now we get to head toward closing, and I seriously can't wait to hand her those keys. Congratulations! 🏡🔑❤️
