Last month was my 2-year anniversary as an Illinois licensed real estate agent! What a trip - and what an honor it has been walking with first-time home buyers and those buying and selling property. It’s difficult to express what it means to be trusted and be able to contribute in a meaningful way to people’s lives as they go through what’s not only one of the biggest transactions of their lives, but also major transition.

I was thrilled (and beyond surprised) to be named 2023 Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams The Real Estate Center of Illinois! Thank you, Keller Williams TREC, for this recognition, for the encouragement, and for shepherding me through these days.

A recent study from LendingTree shows that single women own 2.7 million more homes than their male counterparts, with roughly 13% of those women holding the titles to their homes, compared to 10% of men. "

In the illustrious words of Beyonce: "Wuh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!"

American women have pulled ahead of men when it comes to building wealth through homeownership, according to LendingTree.
