Couldn’t forget about this special sale!

My good friends asked me to help them sell their first home - and not only was it under contract in the matter of 3️⃣ days, but was OVER asking price! I put a strong strategy in place, and it delivered exactly what I was aiming for. 🎉

These two (and sweet Molly! 🐾) are seriously some of my favorite humans, and helping them through their first sale was such an honor. ❤️ We laughed (a lot!), we prepped, we strategized, and then... WE crushed it!

Also, for the record: I’m absolutely still collecting on the Mexican dinner and margs they promised me if I got it under contract within 5 days!

CLIENT APPRECIATION 💛

Today, I spent 6 hours hand delivering Curtis Orchard pies 🥧 to my incredible clients. I am truly SO grateful for their support in me and my business and was thrilled to get to spoil them this year with pies and spend my day doing it! I am beyond blessed and thankful for all of them - because [fact] I would not be where I am without them. 💛

*I was unable to video every house as the wind was relentless today and nearly blew me over multiple times and pies out of my hands. So, if you don't see your house, don't take it personally. Your pie safety was just more important. 😉*
