If you see this man, DO NOT ask him about real estate. If you make that mistake he will tell you. Then you will feel compelled to follow the advice and then all of a sudden you will have all these pesky money makers out there gathering wealth you have to scoop up...you'll probably get rich gradually....people will want you to donate money to their organizations and tell them all about real estate too and it will just be a big nuisance. It would be better to just talk about baseball with him, he likes to talk about that too and it's a much safer option!
