COLD CALLING. ☎️🫣

Honestly, it’s cringe. 😬

It’s gives “sales” vibes and that’s just not us. We desire to connect with people on an authentic level and desire to form relationships organically. This often happens through word of mouth, friends and family referrals, and of course, social media. 😉

People know we sell homes and we believe they will reach out if they want to work together.

The real estate industry may disagree with us, but have you ever been excited to receive a cold call? 😆

Land of the free because of the BRAVE. 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the 4th of July, we want to pause and reflect on our great nation and the many freedoms we get to enjoy. Today, whether you’re celebrating with a barbecue 🍗 , fireworks 💥 , or simply relaxing, take a moment to remember the brave men and women who made it possible.

It’s an honor to have Travis on our team, who served in the National Guard, which very much aligns with our company’s patriotism and brings even more meaning to Independence Day. 🇺🇸

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our Innovate 217 Real Estate Team: Travis Odendaal

Travis moved to Illinois from South Africa with his family at the age of 17 and graduated from St. Joseph-Ogden High School. Travis went on to serve as a diesel mechanic in the National Guard. You know we love our Veterans here at the Innovate 217 Team!

Travis then went on to specialize in the construction industry and that led to his interest in real estate. He has been a broker at our Champaign Keller Williams office since the beginning of the year and he is off and running.

In his time off, Travis enjoys spending time with his 2 kids, riding his motorcycle, woodworking, playing pool and staying active outside. He resides in Philo, Il.

Travis's commitment to excellence will be a great asset to his clients!
