Due to the Stay at Home Order for the State of Illinois our office will be closed until further notice.

Maintenance will only be performed for building or life threatening situations. If you feel this applies to you and you are a current tenant please call our office at 217-351-1800 and you will be given directions to follow in order to contact us.

If you are inquiring about a new rental we will answer our email as time allows.

Rent payments which are due on the first can still be mailed to our office at 401 E Springfield Avenue. We also have a drop box at our front door. Electronic payments can be accepted at paylease.com.

Our hope is that everyone remains healthy!
