Many students have questions and concerns about roommate matching, which is completely understandable! However, it’s important to know that your roommate assignment is not simply random. Our Leasing Manager personally reviews every application and carefully matches residents based on the information provided in the roommate questionnaire.

This means your preferences, lifestyle habits, likes, dislikes, and living expectations are all taken into consideration when creating roommate pairings. The goal is to match you with someone who will be a great fit and help create a positive living experience.

In July, we will be sending out bedspace assignments along with your roommate information, so keep an eye on your email for those updates. We’re excited to help you get connected with your future roommates! 🧡💙
